Washington D.C., Oct 20: Spilling the beans on his 1984 film 'The Terminator', actor Arnold Schwarzenegger disclosed that the film had a very small budget and the cast used to perform stunts without permits.

"It was a small budget movie, it was an independent movie with $6.5 million and we had to do certain shots in Hollywood without permits," Metro News quoted the actor as saying.

"I remember one time I got out the car and they said 'go across the street here, Sunset, and punch the car, we need the shot'," the 72-year-old actor told the publication.

His co-actor Linda Hamilton, who is also working with him in the upcoming sequel of 'The Terminator', once revealed that they "didn't even own the car!" for the shoot, during an interview on 'The Graham Norton Show'.

Shedding light on the same, Schwarzenegger added, "So I walked across the street and looked Terminator-esque and then looked around and - boom - punched through the window and that's the way we shot the first movie."

Hamilton had left Los Angeles some years back to shift to New Orleans leaving behind her acting career. While admitting that it wasn't easy for her to make a comeback to acting and reprise her role as Sarah Connor, she told The Sunday Post, "It wasn't the script but just the thought of returning to this whole, big thing again after living such a quiet, normal life for so long."

"Then there is the thought of being compared to yourself as you were back then. That's not easy for anyone but in the end, I knew I had to do it," she continued.

'Terminator: Dark Fate' which also stars Natalia Reyes, Diego Boneta, and Gabriel Luna is set to hit big screens on November 1, 2019.

Mar 11: The shooting of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai has been completed, and the film will now release on schedule.

If one recalls, the film went on the floors in the first week of November 2019 and was supposed to be Salman’s fastest completed film. However, the movie faced a variety of roadblocks — It was first to be wrapped in the first week of February, “But Salman went off to his Panvel farmhouse after the release of Dabangg 3 and spent a while there ushering in his birthday,” a source reveals.

“Then, the extension of the show Bigg Boss 13 by five weeks also turned out to be another speed breaker. Then, Salman wanted to make sure that the film was being made as good as what his audiences wanted on Eid. He made sure that his director Prabhudeva got what he wanted from the performers and didn’t want to rush him.

"Additionally, the Azerbaijan schedule of the film also got cancelled as Salman did not want to take any chances with the cast and crew with the lurking Covid 19, and rescheduled the shoot in India. This is now complete, barring any patchwork that might emerge later,” our source adds.

Radhe is slated to be an Eid release, which will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Laxmmi Bomb.

Mumbai, Jun 9: Actor Sonu Sood, who has been arranging transport for migrant workers stranded in Mumbai and has faced criticism from the Shiv Sena for "enacting a political script written by BJP", was stopped outside the Bandra Terminus in Mumbai by police from meeting labourers.

A Mumbai Police official said the actor was stopped by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) when he reached the station on Monday night to meet some labourers, and added that they have not received any complaint so far in this connection.

The migrant labourers were supposed to take the Shramik Special train from Bandra Terminus to Uttar Pradesh.

Mumbai's Nirmal Nagar police station's senior inspector Shashikant Bhandare told news agency PTI that "The actor was stopped by the RPF, not by us. He wanted to meet labourers who were going to their native place. We have not received any complaint regarding this till now."

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday wondered whether the BJP propped up Sonu Sood to "offer help" to migrant workers from north India stranded in Maharashtra amidst the lockdown, with the political motive to show the Uddhav Thackeray government in poor light.

In his weekly column 'Rokhthok' in Shiv Sena mouthpiece 'Saamana', Sanjay Raut questioned the sudden rise of "Mahatma" Sood on the social scene of Maharashtra during the lockdown.

Mr Raut also referred to an alleged "sting operation" against Sonu Sood ahead of the 2019 general elections, saying he had agreed to promote the BJP-led government at various platforms through his official social media accounts.

However, later that day Chief Minister and Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray lauded Sonu Sood's initiative to arrange buses for stranded migrant workers.

The actor met Uddhav Thackeray at the latter's residence 'Matoshree' in suburban Bandra on Sunday night.

On Monday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh backed Sonu Sood for his work for stranded migrant workers, and questioned the Maharashtra government's criticism of the actor.
