Rowdi sheeter Manju has 10 criminal case and still he is enjoying.  What a rule?   Indian police is arresting and punishing innocents only whreaas real murders and culprits are enjoying.  This shws that our law enforcing authorities are kind to criminals and cruel to innocents especically since last four years.
