Kalaburagi, Feb 20: Karnataka High Court Bench on Wednesday reserved its order on alleged Audio Tape case in which Opposition Leader in the Legislative Assembly B S Yeddyurappa, who is also BJP State President, had appealed for rejecting the FIR filed against him and three others by Deodurga Police in Raichur District.
The Bench comprising Justice PGM Patil, after hearing from both side, reserved its verdict in the Audio case in which it was alleged that Mr Yeddyurappa had offered money and power to lure JDS Legislator.
Senior Advocate C V Nagesh, appearing for Yeddyurappa, said it was illegal for filling the FIR against his client, but Senior Advocate Ashok Harnahalli objected to it and he was supported by Special Public Prosecutor Sandesh Chawla.
