Shah Khadri requested the officials to allow to carry out the traditional rituals. But, the officials said that only Mujawars are allowed to carry out the customs as per the Supreme Court orders. The irked Fakirs staged a protest in front of the cave. Later, the district administration conducted the Urs.

DC S?P Shadakshariswamy, SP K Santhosh Babu, AC R Snehal, tahsildars Shivanna and Bhageerathamma (Muzrai) were present.

Shah Khadri accused the district administration of contempt of court by not allowing the customary rituals. The SC had stated that the customs older to 1989 should be allowed.

There is no God but ALLAH and Muhammad pbuh is the final messenger of ALLAH....
Muslims should follow prophet Muhammad pbuh and follow the way prophet muhammad pbuh showed us... He never showed us to ASK with the DEAD. SO it wil be better to avoid asking with the dead if you fall in Doubt.

We Muslims believe ALLAH is ALL POWERFULL & ALL KNOWING and He is our PROTECTOR and Asking with the wali or dead person is not the way of our prophet. If U trust ALLAH, and THEN RELY on ALLAH and dont be in doubt that dead saints help comes... STOP this... ALLAH helps those who rely and depend on him...
To make YOUR imaan WEAK some so called DARGAH group may claim divinity to saints...
if U have any problem, Try to depend on ALLAH what QURAN teaches us.. & have Patience... U Will receive contentment & feel good When U depend on ALLAH alone... STOP goin or depending on DARGAH culture...

Fakirs are like Sanyasis or Babas of Hinduism. However, in Islam there is no \RAHABANIYAH\" OR fakir or sanyas. These Fakirs are of Sufism. Prophet Muhammad(Peace be upon him) lived like a Imam, Ruler, married man had a family and children. Where these Fakirs leave everything become Sanyasis. Actual word/meaning in Arabic is FUKURA (poor people) ."

Bengaluru, Feb 5: The Karnataka government on Tuesday launched the Janasevaka scheme in a few municipal corporation wards to ensure home delivery of various services like ration cards, senior citizen identity and health cards.

The scheme, which was launched by Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa, will pertain to 53 services involving 11 departments.

"Janasevaka under the Sakala scheme is a programme to avail the benefits of government schemes at the doorstep. Our objective is to make the lives of the citizens of Karnataka easy by launching this scheme," the Chief Minister said. Sakala aims to ensure in-time delivery of government services to citizens by practising innovative and efficient management systems through capacity building in government and empowering citizens to exercise their right to service.

Minister for Sakala and Primary and Secondary Education S Suresh Kumar said: "The scheme that was implemented in Dasarahalli area on a pilot basis will now be extended to Mahadevapura, Bommanahalli and Rajajinagar areas."

He added that it will benefit the senior citizens of the city.

If the scheme works well, it will be implemented across Bengaluru in all the 27 assembly segments, Kumar said, adding that based on the experiment in Bengaluru, it will be extended to Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi-Dharwad.

Under the scheme, there will be one volunteer in each ward. These volunteers have been outsourced. A toll-free helpline has been set up for this scheme which will work from 8 am to 8 pm.

A sum of Rs 115 will be charged to provide the home delivery services.

In addition to it, the Karnataka government has also decided to seek information under the RTI Act easy by making it online.

People can apply from home by paying the fee online. This will make the process hassle-free, the Chief Minister said.

Bengaluru, Jul 23: The opposition party Congress on Thursday demanded a judicial enquiry in the alleged scam in coronavirus related medical equipment procurement by Karnataka government.

However, Deputy chief minister Ashwathnarayan and Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai denied all the allegations.

Leader of Opposition (LoP) and former Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah and Karnataka Congress president DK Shivakumar addressed a press conference here and demanded a judiciary enquiry under a sitting High Court judge to investigate "BJP's Corona Scams."

"I made allegations on July 3. Nobody has denied it officially. On July 20, Karnataka Health Minister B Sriramulu and Deputy Chief Minister Ashwathnarayan in a press conference denied my allegations. Today, I furnished 14 documents. If you go through it, you will find corruption and misappropriation in medical equipment purchase," Siddaramaiah said.

"The documents are available with the government, how can they deny their own documents. They are telling that they have spent only Rs 324 crore but according to me the government has spent more than Rs 4,000 crore and nearly Rs 2,000 crore went in the minister and bureaucrats' pockets," he said.

He further said, "Centre has procured 50,000 ventilators under PM Cares at a cost of Rs 4, lakh per unit. Tamil Nadu has procured at Rs 4.78 lakh. But in our state, the price is between Rs 5.6 lakh to Rs 18.2 lakh. Is this not corruption?"

Siddaramaiah also dared the government to step up for an enquiry if they are "honest and transparent".

"I am demanding, constitute a judicial committee headed by sitting high court judge, let there be an enquiry in detail," he said.

DK Shivakumar said that his party has made the allegations based on government documents and media reports showing corruption.

"Karnataka government is purchasing equipment at high rates. We have exposed BJP's Rs 2,000 crore scams today. The government's main focus is to loot. They have paralysed the state administration," he said.
Denying the Congress' allegations, Deputy Chief Minister, Ashwathnarayan said that the government is ready to discuss this in the Assembly house.

"They have alleged Rs 700 crore misappropriation by health department but we have shown we have spent only Rs 290 crore," he said.

Giving details of the SDRF expenditure towards COVID-19 containment he said, "We have released Rs. 23,220.01 lakh in SDRF accounts and they have spent Rs Rs. 15, 918.99 lakh in various activities like migrant relief measures, measures for quarantine, sample collection, screening from March 14 to July 16."

Karnataka Home Minister, Basavaraj Bommai, said, "Karnataka government has spent Rs 506 crores for medical equipment and Rs 1,611 crores for other activities related to combatting COVID-19. So, we have spent Rs 2,117 crores as of now and there is no corruption in it."
