Bombs and weapons recovered in Thalassery

Kannur, Feb 2: Thalassery police recovered one powerful bomb and weapons including two axes, one sword, and five steel containers (kept for making bombs) from an unused plot at Kolassery near Kavumbagham on Saturday.

According to police, the bomb and weapons were recovered in a raid conducted by police following a tip off around 11.30 hrs. 

The recovered articles were concealed under bushes and were shifted to police station. The raids would be continue in coming days, police said.

Why police is not disclosing name of the organisation which is behind this terrorist act.  However, every one knows about it.  Will Police take strict action against this terrorist organisation and give life imprisonment to the terrorists.

Agra, Mar 29: A 39-year-old man, who had walked almost 200 kilometers from Delhi to reach his home in Morena in Madhya Pradesh, collapsed and died in Agra on Saturday. 
 
The man, identified as Ranveer Singh, worked as home delivery boy for a private restaurant in the national capital.
 
According to police, the victim collapsed near Kailash turning of the national highway-2, after which a local hardware store owner Sanjay Gupta rushed to the victim. 
 
Sikandra station house officer (SHO) Arvind Kumar, said, 'Gupta made the victim lie on a carpet and offered tea and biscuit. The victim complained about chest pain and also called his brother-in-law Arvind Singh over phone to share his health condition. At around 6.30 P.m, the victim passed away and local police was informed. "
 
Ranveer had left for his native village on Friday morning on foot. It is likely that exhaustion of 200-km walk might have caused chest pain. 
 
The SHO said,"On the entire NH-2 stretch, UP policemen are present with food packets and water for such persons but Ranveer's death is unfortunate. "
 
After the death, policemen took the victim's body for post-mortem. The autopsy report is yet to be re eased. 
 
According to information available, Ranveer was working in Delhi's Tughlakabad for the past three- years. He is survived by three children including two daughters. He belongs to a family of farmers and was the main bread winner for his family.
 
His family has been brought to Agra to take the body back to their village for the last rites.

Lucknow, Jul 24: A special CBI court on Friday recorded the statement of veteran BJP leader LK Advani in the Babri mosque demolition case.

The statement of the 92-year-old former deputy prime minster was recorded through video conferencing in the court of special Judge S K Yadav.

On Thursday, the court recorded the statement of BJP veteran Murli Manohar Joshi in the case.

New Delhi, Mar 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday described British premier Boris Johnson as a "fighter" and hoped he recovers from coronavirus infection.

"Dear PM @BorisJohnson, you're a fighter and you will overcome this challenge as well," Modi tweeted.

He said he prays for his good health and extends best wishes in ensuring a healthy UK.

Johnson said on Friday that he has tested positive for coronavirus after experiencing mild symptoms and is now self-isolating at 10 Downing Street in line with the medical advice.

"I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government's response via video-conference as we fight this virus," he said.
