Buntara Sangha Kuwait felicitates Annamalai, MLA Bharat Shetty

Kuwait: The Buntara Sangha Kuwait organized felicitation for two prominent personalities of Tulu Nadu - Dr Y Bharat Shetty, MLA from Mangaluru North and K. Annamalai (IPS), who had served as the SP of Udupi and Chikkamagluru districts at Salmiya Playschool on October 5.

These guests were part of Bhartiya Pravasi Parishad (BPP) program which took place on 4th October.

The get together session commenced with a prayer song by Ms. Tanvi Shetty. As part of our culture and tradition, Lighting of the lamp was done by Chief Guests along with BSK Managing Committee and Ex-Presidents. BSK President

Mr. Guruprasad Hegde addressed the gathering as well as highlighted on BSK upcoming program Buntaayana 2019 on 18th Oct.

It was one of the pride moments for BSK to honor and felicitate Bharat Shetty and Annamalai with a shawl and memento. Both renowned personalities shared thoughts on moral values through their inspiring words and wished the gathering for better future. BSK members had a great time speaking to the guests and taking photographs. The humble, kind and friendliness of the guest were much appreciated by all.

BSK President Mr Guruprasad Hegde summarized the guests on BSK history as well highlighted the association philanthropy activities to society over the years. As a token of appreciation BSK member Mr. Vivek Shetty Belman gifted his masterpiece art creation of Hanuman image to the guests. Overall the get together was both productive and successful. The program was hosted by Mrs. Deepa Prakash Shetty. Snacks and Tea were provided by Oriental Restaurant.

Jals-e-Uchila get-together held in Dammam

Markaz Al Madeena Association, Eastern province, conducted JALS-E-UCHILA get together program at Dammam, Saudi Arabia on March 5,2020 on account of celebrating 28 years of social service dedicated by the organization.

The event chairman Noushad Uchil inaugurated the function. The organization president presided the program and delivered talk about the intention of the organization. Hashim Uchil has intorduced the social and academic contribution of the organization of past 28 years. Jamal Uchil welcomed the gathering and Ismail G.I. host the program.

Games, Quiz and prize distribution to the winners and senior social workers was the special attraction of the event. The planning committee of the event includes Iqbal, Farooq, Shahul Hameed, Ramza, Nabeel, Afthar, Ashraf and Shafi.

Ramesh Chennitthala inaugurates campaign for 20th ‘Learn the Qur'an’ conference

Riyadh, Feb 24: Indian Islahi Center, Riyadh (IICR) kicked off the propagation campaign of "Learn the Quran" national conference, which is slated to be held on March 27, 2020 at Nofa Istiraha, Exit 18, Riyadh, Kingdom Saudi Arabia. It's IICR's 20th successful program.

Kerala Legislative Assembly's opposition leader & Congress leader, Ramesh Chennitthala inaugurated the campaign that was held at Voco Hotel in Riyadh, capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ramesh was on two days visit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The objective of the campaign is to instil the keenness & to keep creating the continuous awareness amongst the community on Quran. It also enables to recite the Quran with Tajweed (science of reading the Quran) & correct form.

Aboobakker Edthanatukkara (President of IICR), Abdul Qayyum Bustani, Kunhi Kumbala, Abdullah Vallanchira, Adv. Abdul Jaleel, Naushad Ali Kozhikode, Mujeeb Ali Thodigappulam, Muhammad Kutty Kadannamanna, Fasal Rahman City Flower, Mujeeb Irumbuzhi, Jaleel Alappuzha, Arafat & others were present on the occasion.

ISF holds Republic Day in Dammam

Indian Social Forum, Eastern Province Central Committee, Saudi Arabia organized Republic Day program at AlRyan Policlinic Restaurant Auditorium, Dammam on 25th January 2020.

Abdul Waris, Former Chairman of Indian International School Dammam Inaugurated the program.

Wasim Rabbani, president of Indian Social Forum, Eastern Province Central Committee Presided over the program.
