Bangalore, May 12: The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) will announce SSLC results on Monday at 11am. They will be available online after 12.30pm and schools will get them on Tuesday (May 13), said a press release from KSEEB. Students can also get the results via SMS.

As many as 8.26 lakh candidates, including freshers, repeaters and private candidates, appeared for the exams. They were held from March 28 to April 9 this year in 3,016 centres across the state.

Udupi, Mar 6: District Health Officer Sudheer Chandra said that health department had compiled a list of foreigners visiting the Temple town Udupi and ensure that they are not infected with Coronavirus.

Addressing media persons at District Government Hospital in Ajjarkad on Friday, he said the Isolation Unit set up with five beds to treat the new Coronavirus infection includes two beds with Ventilator facility. Isolation wards with three beds were set up in Kundapur and Karkala taluks to treat the affected.

In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, Committees were formed at District and Taluk level, he added.

Bengaluru, Jan 1: Karnatak Deputy Chief Minister Govind Karjol has said that the state government wrote to the Centre to fix the technical glitches in FASTag system.

"We have brought this issue to the notice of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari," he told reporters on Tuesday.

In response to the flood relief by the state government, Karjol said that the approximate cost of roads damaged in the floods was Rs 7000 crore and the government would take up the repair works soon.

Mangaluru, Mar 21: The management of Ibrahim Khaleel mosque here on Saturday has decided to temporarily suspend all the prayers inside the mosque premises as a precautionary measure in view of Corona Virus which is spreading like wildfire in the State.

In an official note, the management urged people to remain safe and to pray at home adding that Jumuah, daily prayers and all the other events at the mosques were cancelled temporarily until further notice.

“This is an unavoidable move to save the lives from the infections of deadly Coronavirus” the note added on Saturday.
