Colouring the Nation: SCC celebrates the UAE national Day

Karnataka Sports and Cultural Club, in association with Community Development Authority (CDA) celebrates the 45th UAE National Day, on 01st of December in Zabeel Park, Dubai in unique style, inviting the Artistic impressive personalities to express their gratitude towards the great country taking their beautiful image of UAE's History, Culture, Heritage and Sacrifices in the canvas.

Event started at 4pm, with the National Anthem for UAE. Nasir KK, Executive member of KSCC, welcomes the Artists and well wishers to the event, he opined celebrating the UAE national Day is every NRI's responsibility as we proudly say that UAE is our second home country.

Total 8 Artists added glitter to the event, bringing the colourful history, richness of the country on canvas.

Children with colourful patriotic costume kept the event colourful till the end. The event was mega successes as the huge crowd were gathered, enjoyed a lot.

KSCC felicitated the Artists with Momentum and Certificates. Honouring children, KSSC organized at platform to express their gratitude towards beautiful country drawing the colourful images of their mind in canvas.

Abdul Nasser, Executive member of KSCC, concluded the program with vote of thanks to all participants and the spectators who actively participated and made the event a grand success.

Doha: Selvam aged 46 son of Subramanian hailing from Panakulam Village, Alangudi, Pudukkottai District in Tamilnadu province who worked as a technician, died in Qatar on April 24.

Due to challenging situation prevailing in both India & Qatar for body repatriation services, especially in Covid-19 atmosphere, Family is unable to progress further for past 2 months. At his stage Family of the deceased met Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Pudukkottai office bearers and requested to intervene and help out, and also agreed to bury the body in Qatar itself.

Hence, SDPI delegates communicated with well-known Indian Expatriate welfare Organization - Qatar Indian Social Forum (QISF). QISF General Secretary Basheer Ahamed, Secretary Abdullatheef Madikeri and team collected the required documents from the family of the deceased and managed to clear all the necessary formalities from the police department, Health Department, Embassy of India and Hamad Medical Corporation within a short period of time and arranged for a peaceful burial of Mr. Selvam in Dukhan cemetery.

Dammam: Indian Social Forum, Dammam, Karnataka chapter organized a "Live along with COVID-19" webinar on 29 May 2020 in association with HealthCare Polyclinic, Dammam.

The webinar at Zoom App. featured over 150+ resident Kannadigas from Saudi Arabia's eastern and neighboring provinces.

Dr. Shailendranath made a presentation on the program and gave useful information. Indian Social Forum Dammam, Karnataka Chapter President Sharif Joktake delivered the keynote address. General Secretary Irshad Jokatte stalled the program.

Indian Social Forum, Eastern Province Central Committee, Saudi Arabia organized Republic Day program at AlRyan Policlinic Restaurant Auditorium, Dammam on 25th January 2020.

Abdul Waris, Former Chairman of Indian International School Dammam Inaugurated the program.

Wasim Rabbani, president of Indian Social Forum, Eastern Province Central Committee Presided over the program.

Mansoor Shah KFUPM, Indian Social Forum Delhi Zone President, Dr. Fayaz Ahmed from King Fahad University Hospital, Amir Moulavi, Executive Member,  India Fraternity Forum (IFF) Dammam, Nasir Koduvalli, Indian Social Forum, Kerala State President, Dammam, Sharief, Social Forum Karnataka State President, DammamJahangir Moulavi, Tamilnadu State president delivered speech at the program. Mohammed Firoz, Indian Social Forum  President, Jubail read the preamble of constitution. 

 Nameer Kerala , Secretary, Social Forum Central Committee welcomed guests while Ashraf Karnataka, General Secretary, Central Committee delivered vote of thanks and Tahir Hyderabad, Secretary, Indian Social Forum, Central Committee coordinated the program.
