Bharath Rajdhan appointed vice president of Karate Association

raj copyBengaluru, Jul 28: Bharath Rajdhan, Chief Instructor at the Rajdhan's Way of Traditional Martial Arts, Mangaluru has been appointed Vice President of the Samyuktha Karnataka Kreeda Mathu Karate Association, Bengaluru.

He is also the Chief Instructor at the Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate Do International Association of Middle East and South Asia, a statement issued by Dathatreya Reddy, President of the association, said.

Mandya, Jul 6: With a journalist from Srirangapatna testing positive for Covid-19, the Mandya District Journalists Association was sealed as a precautionary measure.

Association President K C Manjunath said on Monday that as the reporter has tested positive for Covid-19, it was voluntarily decided to seal down the premises for another month.

Bengaluru, Apr 6: Popular Kannada comedy actor Prakash, popularly known as Bullet Prakash in the film industry, died due to multi-organ failure at a private hospital in the City on Monday.

He was 44.

He is survived by wife, one son and a daughter.

Bengaluru, April 3: Central Crime Branch (CCB) Bengaluru has arrested two persons for allegedly possessing illicit liquor.

The probe team also allegedly seized bottles worth Rs 1.25 lakhs from their possession on Thursday.

A case has been registered against the accused and investigation into the matter is underway, Sandeep Patil, Joint Commissioner of Police informed news agency.
