Mumbai, Mar 6: Popular Indian actress Dipika Kakar, who rose to fame as the leading lady in Hindi serial Sasural Simar Ka, has finally admitted that she has embraced while warning people against interfering in her personal life.

31-year-old Deepika, who had her Nikaah with co-star Shoaib Ibrahim on February 22 this year after an elaborate wedding ceremony which included Haldi, Mehendi and Sangeet, now prefers to be known as Faiza Ibrahim. The marriage was solemnised in presence of family and close friends in Maudaha, Shoaib’s village. The couple then hosted a lavish bash for their friends in the TV industry here.

In a recent interview, Dipika opened up about her conversion. She said, “It's true I have done it… I think it’s a very personal matter and I don't think I need to talk about it openly in front of the media. For the audience and media we are actors have always shared everything. All our happy moments we have shared with you all, but this I think is a very personal space and I don't give anyone the permission to enter the space. Definitely, it is true and I am not denying it.”

“I am very happy and proud that I have done it for myself and my happiness. My family was with me in this decision and my intentions were to hurt anyone. This is my decision,” she added.

Shoaib and Dipika have known each other since they worked together in Sasural Simar Ka. Shoaib quit the show within the first few months but Dipika continued to be a part of it for a very long time. Love blossomed between them after Shoaib left the show.

They had participated in celebrity couple dance show Nach Baliye last year and it was on the show that Shoaib had proposed to Dipika for marriage.

Dear All,

Please note few of these points about Islam.

  • Islam never permits anybody to accept Islam forcefully.
  • Converting to Islam should be only by studying its basic teaching and believing in it.
  • If a person has no faith he should not be forced to accept Islam.
  • But everybody have the responsibility to  know what is God’s true message and then to take the wise decision. If he disagree, still he can discuss and clear the doubts.

  • If it is God’s true message, there is no doubt, it will be the acceptable quality.
  • If it is human made or edited message, definitely, it will be not perfect religion, because the God’s religion does not deserve to be corrected and edited by human being,

In the Quran the chilling & fearful explanation of  Hell fire & HELL is there to those who reject ONE CREATOR and associate partners with him and worship all those demi-gods.

LOVE of His True last messenger & ONE CREATOR is the only way to escape from the HELL fire and attain HEAVEN.

JIHAD – constant struggle with oneself to be obedient to God, struggle (Jihad) against oppression of all kinds unleashed by enemies of humanity.

It is human nature to search for truth and aspire purity rejecting all manmade, false, ungodly beliefs & customs. No force on the earth can stop this and that is the reason thousands are attracted on daily basis to the Religion of Peace & Truth - ISLAM.

Wake up

Bengaluru, Apr 13: Karnataka chief minister B S Yediyurappa on Monday said the COVID-19 situation has thrown the state into a deep financial trouble and there is a need to to find ways to overcome the present crisis, as he announced certain measures aimed at resource mobalisation.

He said the state government was awaiting guidelines from the Centre regarding the implementation of lockdown during the next two weeks, and noted that discussions were on regarding relaxations on the sale of liquor and the decision will be taken after April 14.

Yediyurappa on Monday held a meeting with officials of various departments along with his cabinet colleagues and the chief secretary.

"The possible situation once the lockdown is released, was widely discussed in the meeting. Discussion was also held about the financial situation of the state government and how to mobilise resources. Many suggestions were given and it was decided to implement those suggestions," the Chief Minister said.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, he said, "...the COVID-19 situation has thrown our state into deep financial trouble and there is a need to to find ways to overcome present financial crisis."

Yediyurappa said it was decided to speed up the disposal of cases related to regularisation of unauthorised constructions which are pending before the High Court and Supreme Court, during the meeting.

"If the court decides the matter, thousands of people who own unauthorised houses will be relieved," he said, adding that this will also help government in mobilising resources for fund starved development works.

He said in addition to this the government is planning to auction more than 12,000 corner sites lying idle in Bengaluru, and it was also decided to allow auction of corner and vacant sites in respective urban development authorities across the state.

"By auction of corner sites in Bengaluru, we plan to mobalise about Rs 14,000-15,000 crore. BDA is preparing for it, only if we get good market value we will sell or else no," he added.

It was also decided to amend the law governing permission to allow sites in private and co-operative housing societies, the Chief Minister further said, adding that hundreds of societies were waiting for approval from government for releasing the sites.

Yediyurappa said it was decided to use Rs 1,000 crore available in Rajiv Gandhi Health University to upgrade medical college hospitals.

It was also decided to distribute free milk to slums and poor for one more week, the Chief Minister said while appealing to sugar factory owners to clear the pending payment to the tune of Rs 2,834 crore to farmers in 11 districts.

The government has also released Rs 45 crore compensation for the loss of paddy crop in Raichur and Koppal District due to hailstorm based on report submitted by Deputy Commissioners, he added.

Responding to a question, Yediyurappa said, still no guidelines have come from the Centre on lockdown implementation for next two weeks, we are waiting for it.

Once the guidelines come it will help us to speed up the process of lockdown, and also relaxations if any.

Asked what plans does the government have if states are asked to decide on relaxation, he said, already Prime Minister has said that guidelines will be given, if they say on certain matters states can take decision, we will decide on what needs to be done to improve the state's economy.

To a question on relaxation on sale of liquor through Mysore Sales International Ltd (MSIL) outlets, he said, discussions are on, after April 14, we will take decision in this regard.

Bengaluru, May 7: Karnataka has revised its standard operating procedure (SOP) for international passengers. The first group of passengers will arrive in the state on May 8.

The number of categories has been reduced to two from three. Category A includes passengers symptomatic on arrival while Category B passengers are those asymptomatic on arrival. These are passengers who are either healthy or those having co-morbidities.

As per the revised SOP, the passenger will be released on the seventh day, if tested negative, to strict home quarantine for another seven days with stamping.

This norm is in contradiction to the Ministry of Home Affairs’ SOP for international passengers. As per the MHA’s SOP, the passengers (asymptomatic) will be under institutional quarantine for 14 days. Testing negative after 14 days, they will be allowed to go home and will undertake self-monitoring of their health for 14 more days.

On the contradiction, Pandey said, "We don't take chances as we rely on tests instead of just quarantining. Other states may be depending on just 14-day institutional quarantine."

"GOI SOP doesn't talk about Covid tests on international passengers. We have put an additional safety layer of three Covid tests on returnees -- one on arrival, second from 5-7 days and last on 12th day. This will ensure definite identification of positive cases even if they are asymptomatic and their subsequent treatment. We should look at the spirit behind the order," he added.

On the 14-day additional reporting period for category B, he said, "It is implied as category B patients should report to us for 14 days after their first 14-day quarantine period is over."

Medical Education Minister Dr K Sudhakar said that the State would follow the Centre’s norms.

Till Tuesday, Karnataka’s SOP had three categories. Under Category A (symptomatic), 14-day institutional quarantine at COVID-19 Health Care Centre was mandatory followed by 14-day reporting period. Under Category B (asymptomatic above 60 years with co-morbidities), seven-day institutional quarantine at hotel/hostel followed by seven-day home quarantine and 14-day reporting period had been recommended. The 14-day home quarantine and 14-day reporting period was mandatory for Category C (asymptomatic).
