Mangaluru, Apr 27: Vasudeva Boloor, a fishermen’s leader and Dakshina Kannada district president of Ahinda Janachaluvali, has called upon the people to vote for those who fulfil promises and stay away from communal politics.
Addressing reporters here on Thursday, he said: “The contribution of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for Ahinda and poor is significant and hence, the voters should re-elect the Congress government.”
Boloor said that the Congress government has upheld the secular tradition of the state through schemes benefitting people from backward communities and has helped in building a hunger-free Karnataka.
