Bengaluru, Apr 26: A Criminal complaint has been lodged against Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, for not bringing to the notice of the Central Government about possible terrorists strike on Indian Defence forces at Pulwama in Kashmir.
In a complaint, filed with Vidhana Soudha Police station, BJP SC Morcha National General Secretary C N Ramu has alleged that the Chief Minister, who claimed to had advance information on the Pulwama incident, did not brought it to the notice of the Central security agencies and thereby indirectly responsible for the death of 45 CRPF.
The Complainant, had also submitted the CD, containing the recorded voice of Kumaraswamy made at a public meeting in Chikkamagaluru on April 5.
