Bulandshahr, June 12: An eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her 13-year-old cousin and his friend in a field in Nara village in the district on Monday, police said.
The 13-year-old boy and his accomplice raped the girl, they said.
A case under IPC Section 376 (punishment for rape) has been registered by the victim's uncle, they said, adding, the accused had been detained.
Yavatmal, May 19: Four migrant workers were killed and 15 others were injured after a bus they were travelling in crashed into a truck in Yavatmal on Tuesday morning.
The bus was travelling from Solapur to Jharkhand. More details are currently awaited.

Thrissur, Jun 11: Volunteers of People for Animal Welfare Services rescued a dog that had its mouth sealed with insulation tape around it for two weeks in Ollur of Thrissur district.
The dog has now been shifted to an animal shelter home.
Recently two elephants died in Kerala. One pregnant elephant died after consuming crackers wrapped in some fruits in Palakkad.
Another elephant died in Malappuram after it was found seriously injured in North Nilambur forest range of the district.
Mandya, Jun 14: In a tragic incident, a woman and her two children were drowned in a pond at Beeranahalli village in Nagamangala taluk of this district on Sunday.
Police said that the deceased have been identified as Geeta (40), and her two children Savita(19) and Soumya(14).
Savaitha is a degree student while Soumya was studying in 9th standard. The trio drowned in a pond where they had gone to wash their cows. The locals rushed to the spot and tried to rescue them but could not save.
