Dr Kaup delivers talk on ‘Creating Professional Faculty’

Dubai: Prof. Dr. Kaup Mohamed, the Dean and Managing Director of London American City College and its sister concern and also the Adjunct Professor of the Madonna University, Michigan, USA delivered a lecture on "Creating Professional Faculty" to a group of faculty members, including Supervisors and HODs at the Central School Auditorium in Dubai, UAE.

Prof. Dr. Kaup emphasized on creating a realistic Mission and Vision statements for educational institutions and also emphasized on listing out the Goals of the students. Dr. Kaup also spoke about the skills to be attained by the professional faculty and emphasized on the stages of teaching activities. Dr. Kaup's emphasis was also on achieving the performance objectives of the institutions including creating a quality culture in each and every aspects of the institutions. He also stated that, quality of the student is not judged by only "Grades" but also knowledge of applications which leads to the requirements of creating an industrious person. Dr. Kaup correlated the students with the future corporate Managers and identified each student with a specific role expected to be played in the corporate world.
