Dubai, March 29: Bearys Cultural Forum under the leadership of President Dr. B.K. Yousuf has announced hosting of ‘Beary Chammana 2012’ a mega cultural programme scheduled to be held on April 20, 2012 at Radisson Blue Hotel, Deira Creek Side, here.
A press release issued by the organisers stated that the main objectives of the Chammana 2012 are:
• To introduce, disseminate and felicitate the achievements of the top Beary's of the World in their concerned field.
• To uphold the culture of the Bearys and meeting the professional educational excellence.
• To provide an opportunity to interact with the renowned “Thought Leaders” from India & United Arab Emirates and felicitate them.
• To conduct a family get together, as a mark of maintaining Beary culture, language and heritage.
The mega cultural programme 'Chammana 2012 & Felicitation function is scheduled to start at 2:00 pm and conclude at 11:00 pm.

Beary’s is a Muslim Ethnic community originated from the coastal parts of the state of Karnataka in India. Bearys Cultural Forum (BCF), UAE was constituted in May 2003 under the auspices of the Indian Islamic Centre, Dubai in order to provide education to the poor masses of the coastal parts of the State of Karnataka.
