Mumbai, August 27: If her fans are eagerly waiting for Kareena Kapoor`s marriage, Karisma Kapoor is equally excited about her sister`s wedding, set to take place some time this year.

Asked about Saif Ali Khan and Kareena`s wedding dates, Karisma said: "I feel you should ask this to Kareena. She will get busy with the promotions of `Heroine` soon, so you all can catch hold of her.

"All I can say is, of course, I am excited and it will be wonderful. Even I can`t wait for Kareena`s wedding any more," Karisma told IANS.

One of the most successful actresses of the 1990s, Karisma is known for hits like ‘Hero No. 1’, ‘Biwi No. 1’, ‘Raja Hindustani’ and ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’.

She has given power packed performances in off beat films such as ‘Zubeidaa’ and ‘Fiza’.

After tying the knot with Delhi businessman Sanjay Kapur in 2003, she took a break from arc lights and grease paint to start a family.

A mother of two (daughter Samaira, born in 2005, and two-year-old son Kiaan), she made a comeback on big screen with Vikram Bhatt`s ‘Dangerous Ishq’ after five years.

But the film failed to click at the box office.

Asked about her next move, Karisma said: "Now I am reading scripts and I am going to take a little bit of break. Hopefully, next year I will do a movie but it all depends... I never really plan anything..."

Even at 38, she exudes the same charm that she used to as a top notch actress and wows everyone with her immaculate dressing sense. Karisma says her style mantra is just being comfortable.

"I always dress up for myself. I love to be myself and that has always stood out. No matter whatever the latest trend or fashion might be, I should feel comfortable with whatever I am wearing.

"So my fashion statement is to be comfortable and dress up for myself," she said adding that her two children contribute to her healthy lifestyle.

"I enjoy being a mom and I enjoy running behind my kids. My kids keep me on my toes and of course, I always endorse a healthy lifestyle."

Los Angeles, May 2: Pop diva Madonna has revealed that she has tested positive for the COVID-19 anitbodies.

The singer shared the news in the 14th edition of her “Quarantine Diary” on Instagram TV.

“Took a test the other day and I found out that I have the antibodies. So tomorrow I’m just going to go for a long drive in the car, and I’m gonna roll down the window and I’m gonna breathe in the COVID-19 air. Yup. I hope the sun is shining,” Madonna said.

According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), US, antibody tests are used to determine whether or not a person has been exposed to COVID-19 by finding proteins the body produces to fight the virus.

However, the CDC has yet to confirm if the possession of antibodies is equal to immunity.

Mumbai, Aug 1: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has said that Sushant Singh Rajput case should not be politicised or used to create friction between Maharashtra and Bihar.

Amid the ongoing criticism faced by the Mumbai Police following an investigation into Rajput's death case, the Chief Minister stressed that Mumbai Police is not "inefficient" while appealing those who have any evidence in regard to the case to step forward.

"Mumbai Police is not inefficient. If anyone has any evidence they can bring it to us and we will interrogate and punish the guilty. Please do not use this case (Sushant Singh Rajput death case) as an excuse to create friction between Maharashtra and Bihar," Thackeray said on Friday.

"Bringing politics in the case is the most deplorable thing to do," he added.

Maharashtra government has filed a caveat before the Supreme Court in the Rajput's death case.

Earlier, Bihar government and Rajput's family have filed caveats in the top court seeking to challenge actor Rhea Chakraborty's petition that sought transfer of the FIR registered in Patna to Mumbai in the actor's death case.

"After Bihar government and Rajput's family filed a caveat in the Supreme Court, Maharashtra government has filed a caveat before the SC today to ensure that no order is passed in Rhea Chakraborty's petition case without hearing its (Maharashtra) side," said Sachin Patil, standing counsel for Maharashtra Government.

A caveat is a legal process, in which the party which had filed it before the concerned court, shall have to be heard definitely before the concerned court passes any order in future.

Bihar Police has sought the assistance of Mumbai police to probe the Sushant Singh Rajput case, Mumbai police Crime Branch officials told ANI. However, the Police are still considering their request.

Bihar Police team reached after an FIR was filed by late actor's father KK Singh against Chakraborty in Bihar under several sections including abetment of suicide.

Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on June 14.

New Delhi, Jun 24: Actor Bhumi Pednekar supported migrant labourers traveling long distances amid the coronavirus pandemic, in a rather unique way- by donating footwear to them.

The gut-wrenching images of migrants walking barefoot on the roads made the 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' actor take the plunge to help them.

Pednekar joined hands with a footwear company and a volunteer-based non-government organisation - The Robin Hood Army - to help the underprivileged with footwear.

The actor helped over 1000 migrant labourers in and around Ghaziabad in Murad Nagar, Govindpuram, Vijay Nagar, and distributed footwear among men and women across age-groups.
