FIR against R Ashoka over irregularities in land allotment

Bengaluru, Jan 9: In connection with the irregularities in the land allotment under the Bagar Hukum scheme, the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered an FIR against BJP leader and former minister R Ashoka.

The alleged irregularities had taken place between 1998 and 2006 when Ashok headed the committee. ACB officials on Tuesday arrested the then Tahashildar and revenue inspectors in this connection.

The arrested are the then Tahashildar of Bengaluru south taluk Ramachandraiah; revenue inspector of Hemmigepura circle Gavi Gowda; revenue inspector Nelaguli circle Chowda Reddy and village accountant of Agara village Shashidhar. The accused were produced before the magistrate and are in police custody.

The FIR, registered on Monday, names other government officials. KPCC member M A Saleem had filed a complaint with the ACB. The complainant had also submitted a report by the Bengaluru Urban district administration over the irregularities in the allotment of lands.

Bengaluru, Jan 29: The Karnataka unit of BJP has urged the Centre and the State governments to ban the Popular Front of India (PFI) and the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), accusing them of harbouring terrorist tendencies.

Addressing a press meet, N Ravi Kumar, state general secretary of the party, alleged that there was a nexus between the Congress, the PFI and the SDPI.

“Recent reports have exposed the links between the PFI and the Congress,” he said, accusing Congress leader Kapil Sibal of receiving huge funds from PFI to defend their cases in the Supreme Court.

He also accused the organisations as the ones responsible for the death of 23 Hindu activists in Karnataka. Such incidents have proven that both SDPI and PFI are dubious organisations, he said.

PFI is the first kind of organization which is doing community work in all the walks of life.

and providing the helping hands to all the Indian community doing marvelous job.

this is the first organization fighting against corrupt and injustice following the principle of our father of nation mahatma Gandhi’s.

the corrupt and injustice people in the society not ready to accept their policy and trying to stop the voices of justice to the society.

RSS is blamming others as terrorists.

 

Constitutionof RSS is a terrorism.  Stupid Hegevar and Savarkar are the heroes of illiterate stupid community.

The whole intelligent community including European Uniion and US openly declared.

RSS is the most active and first ever terrorist organisation in India and it should be banned first.    There is no proof of terrorist activities by SDPI and PFI.    BJP is afraid of these organisations as they give tought resistance to BJP and this is the reason why its planning to ban these organisations.    BJP is doing propoganda only.   Real thread for peace + harmoney in India by sanghis.   We should ban them first.

Bengaluru, Jun 16: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) chief DK Shivakumar's daughter Aishwarya and Cafe Coffe Day founder late VG Siddhartha's son, Amarthya Hegde got engaged at SM Krishna Residence, Sadashivanagar in Bengaluru on Monday.
Only family members were present in the event. Amarthya Hegde is also the grandson of former Union Minister SM Krishna.
Last year in July, the body of Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) founder Siddhartha was unearthed on the banks of Netravati river.

Bhatkal, Mar 30: Uttara Kannada district administration has decided to shift all those Bhatkal residents who have returned from abroad after March 15 to quarantine facilities in Bhatkal town to avoid further family contacts, Deputy Commissioner of Uttara Kannada K Harish Kumar said on Monday.

“All primary contacts identified are already in government quarantine facilities,” he said in a communique.

All people must cooperate to maintain social distancing to avoid further spread of COVID-19, he added.
