Mangaluru, Oct 15: Fone4 Digital Hub – a multi-brand retail chain that deals in mobile phones, tablets and accessories – on Saturday launched its three showrooms in this coastal city.
Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies Minister U T Khader launched the 39th outlet of Fone4 at Centre Point, Balmatta Raod, while Mangaluru Police Commissioner T R Suresh launched the 40th outlet at City Point, Kodiyalbail. Mangaluru Mayor Kavitha Sanil launched the 41st outlet at Kunil Complex, Kankanady.
Fone4 which started operations in 2014 is aiming to have 100 showrooms in the coming one year. As part of the expansion plans, new outlets will come up in four Southern states. Fone4 is expected to open showrooms in other major cities of Karnataka too.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Khader said that Fone4 Digital Hub has come up with new choices for Managlureans. “Fone4 has gained immense popularity in Kerala. In Karnataka too it will succeed,” he opined.
Ms Kavitha Sanil said that advent of Fone4 is a plus point for Mangaluru, which is growing as a Smart City.
According to Sayyed Hamid, Managing Director of Fone4 Digital Hub, the new outlets will provide all brands of mobile phones for lowest cost in Mangaluru.
