Kuwait: Indian Muslim Association (IMA) - Kuwait has announced the launch of a photography competition. The theme of the competition is “Beautiful Kuwait”. The competition provides an opportunity to take photos that reflect the true beauty of State of Kuwait.
Participants do not have to be professional photographers or use professional cameras to take pictures. Anyone can participate even with a cell phone camera, as long as the picture is taken in a creative way and in high resolution.
To take part in this competition all you need to do is send your high-resolution photo to email id [email protected] along with your name and mobile number no later than 10th February 2016. You may send up to 5 photos. The competition is open to all Indian expatriates irrespective of religious backgrounds.
Photos from any and all types of camera including Smartphone are accepted, All photos must be original and should not be doctored with any software such as Photoshop.
The top 4 photographs will be printed in IMA’s upcoming Souvenir 2016 which is expected to reach out approximately 40,000 people in Kuwait through the printed copies and publishing the SOUVENIR links through Social Medias like Facebook & Twitter, emails, various web news portals, IMA websites and print media.
The winners will be awarded during a special ceremony at the upcoming Desert Family PICNIC on 18th March 2016. Hundreds of families participate in this event and the expected people for this event is 1300 to 1400.
