India Fraternity Forum eastern province organises ‘Seerathunnabi’ Campaign

Dammam, Feb 17: India Fraternity Forum, organized public campaign ‘Seerathunnabi’  to dissiminate the  message of Prophet Mohammed(pbuh) across Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

As part of the campaign the programmes took place in Hafar Al Batin, Dammam, Khobar, Al-Hasa and Jubail. A month long Campaign inaugurated in Hafar Al Batin and concluded in Jubail.

Speaking on the occasion different speakers stressed on real message which changed the life of Arabians from darkness to brighter one, by means all the ways of struggle and fight and also he changed the society as a well-mannered mankind.

All speakers emphasized the importance of prophet’s way of truth for the present scenario. Prophet’s humanity message such as struggles, political awareness and social changes are ideal to whole community and the global world. They also convinced to unite the community for common issues by forgetting internal differences within the community and fight for the rights of the human beings.

Huge number of publics participated in all the programs across the Eastern province. Ladies also participated in Hafar Al Batin, Dammam and Jubail program. The programme began with the recitation of Qira'th  though out the campaign.

In Inauguration program Ashraf Kukkaje was the main speaker at Hafar Al Batin, Abdul Hameed, Vice President of DKSC and Shamsuddin Puthur  were honored as chief guest.

The message revealed by Arif A.M. for Second Program at Nesto Dammam, The President of Darul Irshad Sahul Hameed  was present as a Chief Guest.

In Khobar, Saleem GK delivered the speech to the huge public at Classic Restaurant. Mansur Ahmed, President of Jamiyathul Falah-Dammam and Ahmad Hit, Panorama Padubidri were address the public as Chief  Guest.

Habeeb Hyder conveyed the message of the Prophet at Istra Al Malaki , Al Hasa.  Nasar Bangalore, Khalid Pasha and Iqbal of Al-Ajmi Est. were the chief guest for the program.

One month long Seerarthunnabi  Campaign end up  at Cooxone,  Jubail.  Irshad  Ameeruddin delivered the valedictory speech to the audience.  Saleem Udupi, President of Jamiayathul Falah-Jubail was present on dias as chief guest. Large numbers of Public were participated in Valedictory Program.

Doha: Selvam aged 46 son of Subramanian hailing from Panakulam Village, Alangudi, Pudukkottai District in Tamilnadu province who worked as a technician, died in Qatar on April 24.

Due to challenging situation prevailing in both India & Qatar for body repatriation services, especially in Covid-19 atmosphere, Family is unable to progress further for past 2 months. At his stage Family of the deceased met Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Pudukkottai office bearers and requested to intervene and help out, and also agreed to bury the body in Qatar itself.

Hence, SDPI delegates communicated with well-known Indian Expatriate welfare Organization - Qatar Indian Social Forum (QISF). QISF General Secretary Basheer Ahamed, Secretary Abdullatheef Madikeri and team collected the required documents from the family of the deceased and managed to clear all the necessary formalities from the police department, Health Department, Embassy of India and Hamad Medical Corporation within a short period of time and arranged for a peaceful burial of Mr. Selvam in Dukhan cemetery.

Dubai, Aug 6: Non-resident Indian entrepreneur and philanthropist Dewakara Alva passed away on Thursday August 6. He was 63.

Alva, who hailed from Mangaluru, was the director of Federal Insurance Brokers LLC, Dubai and was residing in Dubai for around four decades. He was reportedly suffering from health problems for last few months. 

He was a patron of Tulu and Kannada language and culture in United Arab Emirates. He was a member of various NRI organizations including UAE Tulu Koota and UAE Bunts

Alva is survived by wife Saritha, daughter Powshali, and son Manal.

The Overseas Indian Cultural Congress (OICC), Bahrain, has charted aircrafts to repatriate stranded expatriates to India. 

Boby Parayil, General Secretary, OICC National Committee, Bahrain has thanked all those who supported in this cause.

“The aircrafts were not licensed and were in crisis until the last minute. Finally, Mohammed Mansoor, president of Bahrain chapter of Indian Overseas Congress approached IOC Middle East in charge Dr Arathi Krishna, who helped get permission to operate flight to Kozhikode,” he said in a release. 

All mandatory approvals from the Foreign Ministry of Affairs and other government officials were accomplished by Dr Arathi Krishna. OICC has expressed gratitude to her for her timely support, he said. 

OICC is also grateful to former Kerala chief minister Oommen Chandy for doing necessary arrangements to get all the approvals for flight landing in Kerala, he added.
