Bengaluru, Jun 20: Stating that despite hostile by opposition Bharatiya Janata Party leaders, threat to topple government, day-in and day-out, the JD(S)-Congress Coalition government in Karnataka has achieved many milestones in terms of development of the State during the 13-month in office, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said here on Thursday.
Addressing a press conference here, the Chief Minister said that “We set many milestones and achieved in the last 13-months and people of the state who had voted BJP in the Lok Sabha elections would repent in the days to come”.
Stating that the main focus of the Coalition government in the last 13 months were among other areas included Education, Irrigation, Power, Industry and infrastructure development and the government has made remarkable achievements. “Our government had earmarked Rs 25000 Crore in the last two years towards waiver of farm loans, while maintaining the financial discipline”.
