Bengaluru, Feb 18: State Karnataka government has lined up elaborate programme to generate a minimum one lakh new Job opportunities in the selected nine districts by developing district-specific Industrial clusters, Chief minister H D Kumaraswamy informed here on Monday.
Speaking after inaugurating the Koppal Toys and Ballari Textile clusters on the line of the China-modeled Industrial Cluster Development project in the statet, here, the chief minister said that “a minimum one lakh new jobs would be generated in the proposed cluster-development progrmme in each district”.
He said that the a budgetary announcement had been made last year to development of the district specific Industrial cluster development in the state.
