Mangaluru, Dec 9: ‘Westline Splendid Homes’, a residential complex by Westline Builders Private Ltd was inaugurated by J R Lobo, MLA of Mangalore City South at Sequeria Lane, Kulashekhar on the outskirts of the city on Saturday, December 9.
