Popular devotional singer Anup Jalota has entered the Bigg Boss 12 as a contestant along with his girlfriend Jasleen Matharu, who is 37 years younger than him! With this the 12th edition of the popular TV reality show hosted by the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is likely to be more controversial.

As soon as it was announced that the 65-year-old Jalota, best known for his performances in the Hindu devotional music bhajan, has brought his 28-year-old girlfriend to the show, even host Salman couldn't hide his disbelief. Soon enough, fans started airing their reactions on social media.

Some also compared their relationship to that of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas as well as Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar.

Before entering the house, Jalota told a news agency, "Everyone is not the same. There are problems in a family, these things do happen. I am so much involved in spiritual and classical music... I don't have anger left in my life. I love music, I love to sing. It will be interesting to see how it is going to be inside the house."

"When people would fight I will try to give solution. It is essential to understand that we often get angry because of someone else. I believe the solving problem is important," he added.

The singer also said that he will continue following his daily routine during his stay in the house. “I will do my riyaz, yoga, walk on the treadmill and I am glad that they have provided me with the facilities.”

By the way Jalota has married three times so far. While he divorced first two wives, the third wife died after a surgery. His first marriage, without his family's approval, was to a Gujarati girl, Sonali Sheth, who was then a music student and later became a competent singer. The couple became popular in the concert circuit as "Anup and Sonali Jalota". His second marriage was an arranged one to Bina Bhatia, but that soon ended in divorce, too.

Jalota’s third marriage was to Medha Gujral, niece of former Indian Prime Minister I. K. Gujral and director Shekhar Kapur's first wife whom he had divorced in 1994. Anup and Medha have a son named Aryaman (born in 1996), who studied at Princeton University. Medha Jalota died on November 25, 2014 at a hospital in New York City of liver failure following a second heart and first kidney transplant.

Los Angeles, Jun 26: Warner Bros has moved its Christopher Nolan-directed espionage thriller Tenet from July 31 to August 12.

It's the second delay for the highly-anticipated movie, which was originally scheduled to release on July 17 but was postponed to July 31 due to coronavirus pandemic.

Warner Bros. is committed to bringing Tenet' to audiences in theaters, on the big screen, when exhibitors are ready and public health officials say it's time. In this moment what we need to be is flexible, and we are not treating this as a traditional movie release.

We are choosing to open the movie mid-week to allow audiences to discover the film in their own time, and we plan to play longer, over an extended play period far beyond the norm, to develop a very different yet successful release strategy, a Warner Bros spokesperson said in a statement to Deadline.

The studio has also delayed the US re-release of Nolan's sci-fi blockbuster Inception, in honour of the film's 10th anniversary, to July 31.

Tenet features John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Kenneth Branagh, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Michael Caine, Clemence Poesy, Dimple Kapadia and Himesh Patel.
