Bengaluru, Feb 5: The Congress MLA J N Ganesh, representing Kampli assembly constituency in Ballari district, who is under police radar, is facing a dicey situation as the Budget session of the Karnataka legislature begins from Tomorrow.
While the Congress party has issued a whip to attend the Session without fail, the Ramanagara district police, were on the look out for him since he has been absconding after involving in a brawl with another MLA, last month. Ganesh, who is being searched by the Ramanagara Police, after being charged for serious criminal offence including threat on life of another Congress MLA Anand Singh at a Resort near here, was on the run ever since the incident took place.
The Kampli, MLA, is also facing a threat of losing his Assembly membership for not obeying the party Whip, if he chose to remain away from attending the session.
