Mangalore, January 2: “I would like to know whether Babar, who demolished Ram Mandir and built Masjid in the birth place of Ram, was your friend or enemy” this was one of the rhetorical questions posed by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad supremo Pravin Togadia to the saffron crowd that attended the Samajotsava at Nehru Maidan.

“Surely he is enemy,” the crowd responded as many times as he repeated the same question.

Then, Mr Togadia, twisted his question and asked, whether the Muslims of this country, who demand Masjid in Ayodhya are your friends or enemies?

Thousands of saffron-clad Sangh Parivar activists, who understood what Togadia wanted from them, erupted with screams of “enemies.” Togadia reiterated the same question five times to receive the same answer.

Finally Mr Togadia breathed a sigh of relief and said: “I did not say anything but the people Mangalore did!”

Hindu can kill brother!

Togadia, who initiated his speech admiring cow, went on to claim that the cow is very much important to the very existence of mankind.

He also said that a Hindu can kill anybody, even his own brother, but cannot slaughter a cow at any cost."Hindu bhai ki hatya kar sakta hai par Gaai ki nahi", he said.
