Aspiration Assesment is a key feature of Alva's Pragathi. A classification on industry aspiration is specified in the registration form where they would be able to assess the industry aspirations of students 15 days prior to the event.

The job aspirants will be segregated as per the company's specified requirements. The companies initially specify the requirements of the candidates, their qualifications, their background, the qualities and attributes that they expect in their prospective employees.
