Mangalore, September 4: Popular Front of India (PFI) has claimed that none of the arrested terror suspects from Bangalore and Hubli have any association with it.
Riyaz Pasha, Chief State Secretary, PFI, has in a press release said that none of those arrested by CCB police in Bangalore on August 30 for alleged terror links are part of PFI. The organization respects the secular and constitutional values of the country and is a pro-people movement, Mr. Pasha has said.
Certain 'vested interests' have been engaging in defaming the organization by spreading false rumours and reports of PFI's involvement in any terror related activities are baseless, Mr. Pasha has stated.
The police must carry out a fair enquiry and not target innocent Muslim youth, he has said.
