Mangalore, December 14: Four persons have been arrested by Mangalore police on Thursday in connection with the murder case of rowdy-sheeter Bejai Raj.
The arrested have been identified as Avinash, a resident of Panjimogaru, Jaison D'Souza and Deekshith Devadiga from Kadri and Rithesh from Kodikal, all aged around 22 years.
It is learnt that they had been given 'supari' to kill Raja.
Sleuths of Kadri Police Station arrested the accused under the guidance of Inspector Raghava Padil.
Police had questioned over a dozen people in connection with the murder case.
Bijai Raj was brutally done to death on December 1 night near Unity Hospital at Falnir, in the city.
