waitKuwait City, May 14: In today’s world, where people are increasingly dependent on internet and technology and hence prone to various ailments that were unheard of a century ago, here comes an exciting contest for all who are interested in losing.

Yes, you are right, losing weight! A contest that is an ideal way to encourage healthy eating habits and daily exercises – TKK Biggest Loser Contest 2012.

Tulu Koota Kuwait has come up with this new contest that motivates to lose weight and stay healthy. This is mainly to boost the spirits of its members. Losing weight isn't easy. But, there are two big factors that can help. First, setting a goal weight and a goal date. Second, publicly announcing your intentions to lose weight - (peer pressure). A public challenge supports both of those factors, and this makes it easier. The goal of this contest is to help you lose weight.

All participants can register their names on May 25, 2012 in the American International School during Rasamanjari 2012 (from 5:00 pm onwards) at the registration counter and record their weight at the same time. Participants will also have another chance to register and record their weight on June 1, at the Indian Public School (from 9:30 am-12:30 pm), where the contestants can meet an Aerobic trainer and a nutritionist to address them and answer their queries.

The contest is open to all Tulu Koota members above 18 years of age and will be separate for men and women. The contestants have more than 100 days to achieve their goals as the results will be announced at the Tulu Parba Competitions on September 21, 2012.

Weight loss contests should be fun! So remember when you're looking for diets that work, you'll want to consult a physician to make sure that you're healthy enough for the particular regimen you are undertaking because we do not want anything bad to happen when you're making steps in the right direction. Tulu Koota Kuwait shall not be responsible for any side-effects or medical harm caused by any regimen undertaken.

There are many ways you can increase your health and fitness by just starting something today. Hence buck up people, come ahead and take part in this unique competition. Lose weight and feel great!
