Bangalore is well-known as the Silicon Valley of India and continues to attract both technology firms as well as skilled professionals. Bangalore has emerged as the most preferred destination of choice for NRIs. There could be a number of reasons why this is the case but some of the key reasons are product offerings and pricing.  Pricing is a key factor and Bangalore offers price points which enable the investor/end-user to get the best value. This is not to say that property prices in the city are low or the returns on investment is poor, it is only stating that the prices are stable and returns are excellent.

Bangalore beats all metros when it comes to offering best value for the investment made.  There couldn’t be a better city for high net worth individuals (HNIs) & NRIs to invest. PLAMA Heights, prestigious premium apartment project in Bangalore is one of the most favorite real estate projects for NRIs from across the globe. This project shall be at the Plama’s stall during the India Homes Property Expo in KSA.

Kerala has seen investments from very successful gulf based group like Lulu, DM Healthcare and RP group. They have already invested significantly in Kerala. A whopping Rs. 7000 Cr is the planned investment of these groups alone in the state. Adding to the positive investment atmosphere is the availability of qualified and skilled workforce combined with best health care, hospitality and retail infrastructure for a quality lifestyle. Plama Developers Ltd is planning serious investments across Kerala. Their ongoing luxury residential projects in Kozhikode and Thrissur are testimony to it.  Few of their upcoming projects in the state are in Trivandrum and Kochi as well.

Another city Mangalore has been abuzz with several growth catalysts including Coastal Special Economic Zone (C-SEZ) where ONGC will invest Rs. 250 billion in the next five years and the development of 3 IT-SEZs in the city. The city has couple of world class shopping centers and large supply of operational world class office and IT buildings.

World’s leading IT majors Infosys, Satyam and Wipro has already anchored themselves in Mangalore either with successfully running facilities or large IT parks planned in SEZs and on the lands that they invested in. SEZs in Konaje & Ganjimatt along with more than 500 acres of land planned for IT facilities by IT majors are testimony to the promising growth of the South Canara Region.

PLAMA Developers Ltd has constructed and delivered more than a dozen residential projects in Mangalore City and has earned the reputation of market leader in terms of its construction quality, customer service and delivery schedules. PLAMA Developers are developing projects in Thrissur, Calicut and Bangalore. With other cities being added soon, the company is looking at establishing itself as one of the leading residential property builders in South India.
