Proud of Ajay for taking non-political, correct stand on Pakistan issue: Kajol

October 8, 2016

Mumbai, Oct 8: At a time when Bollywood celebrities haven't been holding their opinions back, the unabashedly outspoken Kajol has come out and subtly made her own stand amply clear.

AjayThe actress echoed husband Ajay Devgn's thoughts on the on-going ban on Pakistani actors in India. He had asserted that he wouldn't work with a Pakistani actor, under existing conditions.

“We all want peace, lekin taali ek haath se nehi bajti (you can’t clap with one hand). I heard some people saying talks are the only way to continue but talks have been going on. You keep talking to people and they come and kill you, then you still continue your dialogue,” Ajay had said in an interview.

Kajol took to twitter to commend her husband on his ' non-political and absolutely correct' stand on the furiously burning issue.

Ajay himself had been slightly taken aback when his words were being misconstrued across social media platform, ultimately urging everyone to watch the interview and not succumb to preconceived notions.

Ajay' who's gearing up for the release of his self-starring second directorial, 'Shivaay,' has been busy with the film's post-production and extensive promotional events.

More power to the 'in-sync' couple of B-town!
