Sharjah: EIFF holds ‘Better Parenting and Fire and Safety Awareness Programme’

Sharjah, Apr 4: Emirates India Fraternity Forum organized ‘Better Parenting and Fire and Safety Awareness Programme’ at Ryan Star International School, Sharjah recently.

Programme was inaugurated with qirath by Ershad Udupi followed by welcome address by Javed Ahmed who also briefed about the recent activities of the EIFF. More than 50 families were present.

Riyaz Chokkabettu gave a detail description about the fire and safety awareness at home and work place. He also explained that combination of heat, fuel, and oxygen creates fire. He explained different ways for the causes of fire and gave a brief about the ways to control it, he cautioned the people that don’t try to control the fire unless you are trained and know what type of fire is burning. He gave tips about what to do and what not do at home in case of fire.

Nasir Hussain briefed the audience about the importance of Parenting, in his talk he told that it is the duty of parents to know the necessity of their children. Environment in our home have a direct impact on the development of the child and as age progress from childhood, children will have different types of thinking, understanding and growth. The Parents must be aware of this and mould them in a right way, he also emphasized that present generation have direct impact on the media, their life style and attitudes change accordingly so parents must take proper precaution about their children and guide them through right path for the better future life.

There was also a book counter which displayed a book named as ‘pearls of knowledge’ for the upcoming quiz competition which will be held at Pakistan academic school, Oud Mehta road Karama on May 17, 2013 based on the contents of the book.

Kuwait City, Aug 9: Indian social forum organised Blood Donation Camp in association with central blood bank kuwait on Friday, 7th August 2020.

The forum organised camp to support the high demand of blood in the context of COVID-19.

All arrangements to maintain COVID-19 protocol were made in the camp including segregation of donors as branch wise batches along with strict safety measures of participants.

Forum also had donated blood to many patients during the lockdown period. 

Hundreds of people donated blood in the camp. The camp organised in Blood Bank, Jabriya was successfully managed by Dr. Asma Rafat and leaders of Indian social forum Vice President Aslam, Secretory Sayyid Bukhari Thangal, Moideen Koya, Khaleel, Aseem, Mohammed Sha, Shihab, Naushad,
Indian Social Forum expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude to the doctors, staff and management of blood bank, forum’s members and donors.

Dammam: Indian Social Forum, Dammam, Karnataka chapter distributed Food Kits for Indian expatriates labors who were in trouble due to Corona lockdown on April 6, 2020 at a labor camp here in Al Khobar.

The labors, most of them are from the staes of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh And Uttar Pradesh, were in trouble without food.

 Recieving the information leaders of Indian Social Forum immediately visited the camp to take survey.

Indian Social Forum with the help of donors distributed food kits. Indian Social Forum, Dammam, Karnataka Chapter president Mr.Mohammed Shareef Jokatte expressed gratitude for donors for their contribution.

Markaz Al Madeena Association, Eastern province, conducted JALS-E-UCHILA get together program at Dammam, Saudi Arabia on March 5,2020 on account of celebrating 28 years of social service dedicated by the organization.

The event chairman Noushad Uchil inaugurated the function. The organization president presided the program and delivered talk about the intention of the organization. Hashim Uchil has intorduced the social and academic contribution of the organization of past 28 years. Jamal Uchil welcomed the gathering and Ismail G.I. host the program.

Games, Quiz and prize distribution to the winners and senior social workers was the special attraction of the event. The planning committee of the event includes Iqbal, Farooq, Shahul Hameed, Ramza, Nabeel, Afthar, Ashraf and Shafi.
