The Shepherds’ International Academy holds Graduation Day 2018-19

Mangaluru, April 6: Graduation is an enthusing time combined with gusto and gaiety, it is both the completion and commencement. It is warm memories of the past and big dreams for the future.

The SHEPHERDS’ MONT-3 Graduation Day was celebrated with great zeal and fun on Friday 29th March, 2019 at the premises of The Shepherds’  International Academy in Vaslane. The event was graced by the School Chairman Mr. Mohammed Nisar and the Chief guest Dr. Syed Habeeb, the International Leadership Coach. The occasion was also graced by the CAO Mr. Hasan Yusuf and the Vice Principal Mrs. Asma Syed.

The tiny tots looking beautiful in their graduation robes and caps, marched on the red carpet. Their smiling faces were sparkled at the sight of their applauding moms, dads, grandparents, family and friends.

The Chief Guest and the Chairman addressed the gathering with their motivating words and enlightened them. Each and every confident graduate participated in speaking few lines on stage and enthralled the gathering, they were awarded with Graduation Certificates.

The blossoming blooms of MONT -3 sang few graduation songs. A very emotional song was sung by MONT -2 kids as a honor for the graduating children.

Principal Asma Syed, Teachers Preeti Shenoy and SajidaFathima encouraged the graduates and the parents with their emotional talks. Ms. Lubaina convened the program. Another show stopper was the PPT presentation that exhibited MONT-3 students day to day learning routines.

It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for our little graduates.

Mangaluru, Jan 14: The Star Education Institute organized Talents day celebration on 14th January 2020.

This program was presided by Janab Muhammed Saleem Malar, the Director of Star Education Institute, who gave the message about the encouragement of students talent.

The Chief guest of today’s program was Sunil Kumar Bajal , Ex- President old students union Mangaluru, who gave a message about Young generation and their role in the development of the nation.

Mrs. Prabha Naveen, Principal of Star Education Institute who gave the report of the activities of the Institute.

Mohammed Fatheen SPL and Zohara Farahath Secretary were also present on the dias.

Miss. Raksha P. J Science faculty welcomed the gathering. Miss Dipthi D’silva, Commerce faculty and Miss. Thanushree Computer faculty call out the prize list. Mrs. Deepa Lokanath, Commerce faculty proposed a vote of thanks. This programme was anchored by Mrs. Mohini. S. Thereafter the cultural programme was presented by the students.

Mangaluru, Jan 2: Shwetha Rasquinha, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Social Work, St Aloysius College, Mangaluru, has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree by the Mangalore University for her thesis titled “Effectiveness of Social work intervention on caretakers of cancer patients- A social work study in Mangalore”.

She did her studies under the guidance of Dr Rameela Shekhar, Professor (Rtd), School of Social work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangaluru.

Ms Shwetha Rasquinha hails from Vittal, D/o Vincent Rasquinha and Late Regina Rasquinha, and is the second person to complete doctoral studies from the Vittal Parish.

Her colleagues and well-wishers have congratulated her for her highest achievement in academics and successful completion of quality research.
