Bengaluru, May 25: Congress Legislative Party leader in the Karnataka Assembly Siddaramaiah has convened a meeting of Legislators on May 29 to deliberate on the party’s drubbing in the Lok Sabha election.
According to Party sources, Siddaramaiah has decided to convene the meeting in view of the reports of renewal of the 'Operation Lotus' by the opposition BJP to lure the Congress and JD(S) MLAs, to topple the Coalition government headed by Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy.
Letters were sent to all the party Legislators to attend the meeting to be held in a private hotel without fail.
