For a book that tosses every \common\" investing technique under the bus,
I a good idea a book that simply came out just recently called
\"Killing Sacred Cows.\" Written by up-and-coming monetary guru Garret Gunderson, who was a multi-millionaire at 26
(so he in fact practices what he preaches).
401(k), not a smart idea according to Garrett. Rather, discover your unique capability and exactly what you're passionate about and go from there ...
I enjoy it.LikeLike

Hey Tim, Great topic. Some areas I would like to see covered:1.
producing cash flow from financial investments so that you can live
passively off them, it seems real estate for this is best but I'm not an expert2.

ways to pick someone (or numerous people) to manage your money,
or doing it yourself3. diversity-- everyone appears to presume it
is the best method (which I see the reasoning of) but
by diversifying you are essentially admitting you have no concept what will increase or down. Thanks!BrianLikeLike

Tim, No I would not ... and I'm not ... wan na bet?How much were we wagering?
... My very first time through the IATYour data recommend little to
no automatic preference between African American and
European American. One have to be careful about making blanket presumptions
(or bets) on such things as race no matter the statistics behind them.
One should be particularly mindful when using an idea as unstable as bigotry to
drive house a point about investment risk tolerance. This all being stated,
I am a big fan!LikeLike
