Mysuru, Apr 16: Strongly attacking the Union government, former Karnataka Chief Minister and Congress-JDS Coordination Committee Chairman Siddaramaiah on Tuesday questioned " why the IT raids taking place only on non BJP leaders in the State".
Speaking at 'Meet the Press' organized by the Mysuru District Journalists Association here, he charged that IT raids are political motivated and keeping in mind the elections. "Houses of BJP leaders including Yeddurappa, Shobha Kharandlje, C T Ravi, Aravinda Limbavali and Ashok should also be raided, are they the epitome of honesty", he questioned.
Stating that whatever may be the the attempts BJP cannot shake the Coalition Government in the State, Siddaramaiah alleged that BJP will intensify its attempt to destabalise the State government, it will not succeed and the present government will complete its full five year term.
