New Delhi, Apr 15: 19-year-old girl from Delhi's Sultanpuri accused her male friend of confining her in a room where he repeatedly raped and assaulted her. The girl later fled the spot and reached home, where she disclosed her ordeal to her parents, who then approached the police.

According to the complaint, the girl, a resident of Sultanpuri, came in contact with the accused, after which the two became friends.

On March 30, the girl met the accused and was roaming in the locality when at around 11:30 PM, the guy took the girl to his house where he confined her in a room on the first floor.

He then repeatedly raped her. The accused also used to physically assault the victim. This horrific ordeal went on for several days.

On April 9, the girl somehow managed to escape the house and reach her residence and unite with the family.
