Aditi_Rao_HydariMumbai, Aug 24: 'Murder 3' actress Aditi Rao Hydari, who would be seen next opposite Akshay Kumar in action drama 'Boss', says the success story of her co-star inspired her to believe in herself.

"Akshay Kumar is always on time, he is always disciplined and hard working but also always entertaining, fun behind the camera and also in front of it. He has made his own space in the industry and reached here on his own. Stories like his inspire me to believe in myself and my talent and always feel positive," Aditi said.

'Boss' is an upcoming action drama directed by Anthony D'Souza, who had earlier made 'Blue' film with Akshay, Sanjay Dutt and Zayed Khan in the lead.

"'Boss' is a big scale entertainer... It is my first film of this kind. I was the only girl on set and was spoilt thoroughly by everyone. 'Boss' has action, comedy, romance, drama and some great songs. I hope you all will whistle," Adiit said.

Actor Aamir Khan's wife and filmmaker Kiran Rao happens to be Aditi's cousin and the actress says she has grown up admiring their work.

"I have grown up admiring both for their choices, intelligence, talent and courage. I am here to make my own journey and I hope I can carve out my own space in the industry. Whenever I need a sounding board and advice I have few people who I speak to including Kiran," Aditi said.

She recently saw 'Ship of Theseus' which was presented by Kiran Rao.

"I watched it at the screening with her and later again in the theatre. It gives you something new to think about. Its a very special film with brilliant performances," she added.

Aamir has been producing films but as of now Aditi has not got the chance to do a film with him. Ask her if there is anything in pipeline, she says, "anyone would be blessed and lucky to work with them."

Also, Aditi will be the show stopper for Anita Dongre's fashion brand Global Desi, which making its her debut at the Lakme Fashion Week.

"Global Desi signifies Boho chic... The clothes are pretty and spunky. It is for people who are cosmopolitan with an Indian heart. I was very happy when Anita Dongre said I suit their brand perfectly and am very happy being part of their debut show at Lakme Fashion Week," she said.

Aditi says she dresses according to her mood.

According to her, fashion is about letting go and having fun. "Its about trying different looks and expressing yourself through them. You shine when you are fashionable not just your clothes."

Among Bollywood actresses, its Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut and Dia Mirza that inspire Aditi when it comes to fashion.

"People who have a unique personality and have a relatable sense of fashion and themselves inspire me. Like Deepika Padukone she is versatile and wears everything with ease and happiness and it shows on her. While I like Dia Mirza for her elegance and Kangana Ranaut for her edge," she added.

Mumbai, Apr 19: It is important to stay united and have faith in each other to fight the coronavirus pandemic, veteran lyricist-screenwriter Javed Akhtar said on Sunday, expressing concerns over the attack on healthcare workers and cases of communal tension in the country.

In a video shared by Akhtar's wife, veteran actor Shabana Azmi on Twitter, the writer urged people to stand together in this time of crisis.

"The country is undergoing a crisis at this point of time. To fight this crisis called coronavirus, it is important for us to be united. If we will keep suspecting each other or won't understand each other's intentions, there will be no unity, then how will we fight it?

"You must salute these doctors who are endangering their lives to test you. Unless you get tested, you will not know whether you have the disease or not. You can be treated only after that. It's a matter of stupidity that, I've heard, people are pelting stones on those doctors. This should not be done," Akhtar said in the 2 minute-long clip.

The 75-year-old lyricist also said that targeting a particular community defeats the goal of unity.

"I also hear that shops of a particular community are being shut, 'thelas' are being overturned or people are hit so that they can flee. This is not how unity works. We will have to believe each other. We all are citizens of this country," he said.

Akhtar appealed to the Muslim community to offer prayers from home in the holy month of Ramzan, which will begin from April 24 or April 25.

"I request all the Muslim brothers that now that Ramzan is coming, please say your prayers but make sure that this doesn't cause problems to anyone else. The prayers that you do in the mosque, you can do that at home. According to you, the house, the ground, this all has been made by Him. Then you can do your prayers anywhere," he said.

"Ensure that your speech, slogans and deeds don't create any suspicion in the minds of others. And to all the other citizens of the country, I'd say please have faith in each other, practice unity, don't resort to hatred. Only with the help of love and trust, we will be able to fight with the coronavirus," he added.

Washington D.C., Jan 16: Barbara Broccoli, who has since long been the producer of the James Bond franchise, recently clarified in an interview that the 007 character won't be played by a woman in the forthcoming rendition.

Broccoli, accompanied by her half brother and fellow producer Michael G. Wilson, told Variety: "He can be of any color, but he is male."

She went on to say: "I believe we should be creating new characters for women -- strong female characters. I'm not particularly interested in taking a male character and having a woman play it. I think women are far more interesting than that."

According to Fox News, the current Bond hero, Daniel Craig, announced last November that he would cease to play the legendary character once he is done with the upcoming 'No Time To Die' movie that is scheduled for release in coming April.

Commenting on Daniel parting ways with the franchise, Broccoli said: "I'm in total denial. I've accepted what Daniel has said, but I'm still in denial. It's too traumatic for me."

Fox News reported last July that the British Actress Lashana Lynch could possibly star in the 2020 Bond flick, but such speculations were dispelled once the trailer for the movie was brought out last December.
