Bengaluru, Jul 16: Opposition leader in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly B S Yeddyurappa, who is also the BJP State President, today expressed confident of his party would come back back to power in the State and said fall of the JD(S)-Congress-coalition government is certain.
Addressing reporters at his residence here on Tuesday, Yeddyurappa said that "more than 6 crore people of the State wanted this ‘non-performing’ coalition government to go and their desire will be fulfilled on Thursday as Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy will not be able to prove majority when confidence vote is taken on the floor of the Assembly".
"Date for fall of this government has been fixed for July 19 and it will happen. BJP will form the new government within three days. This government needs support of a minimum six MLAs for survival but since the dissident MLAs are determined and there is no chance of their returning to the government fold," he added.
