New Delhi, May 16: The ongoing 71st Cannes Film Festival is witnessing some dazzling fashion moments.

Just like the previous years, this time as well, many Bollywood beauties flocked to the French city to flaunt their stylish yet elegant looks.

Cannes' red carpet veteran Aishwarya Rai Bachchan ruled in a Michael Cinco butterfly gown, which had the shades of violet, red and blue threadworks and embellished in Swarovski crystals and French palettes. The 10-foot long train took 3,000 of man-hours to finish and intricately handcrafted to make it this exquisitely flighty and timeless. On the second day, the diva stepped out in a dreamy, shimmering, strapless Rami Kadi outfit. She raised the bar with the avant-garde hairdo.

Deepika Padukone slew it on the red carpet. She wore the origami gown from Ashi Studio's Summer/Spring 2018 Collection on her final appearance. Before this, Deepika wowed the fashion police in a sleeveless figure-hugging Zuhair Murad gown with plunging neckline and fully beaded in white shimmering stones and leaves with matching cape.

For her debut at Cannes red carpet, Kangana Ranaut showed off her sculpted arms and back in a see-through Zuhair Murad gown. On the second day, she wore a revealing beaded jumpsuit from Nedret Taciroglu. Kangana played up her natural curls in the best way possible.

Newlywed Sonam Kapoor stunned in her her beige gown for her second red carpet appearance. She opted for a Vera Wang couture gown.

Huma Qureshi, who made her debut at Cannes Film Festival wore a fitting, princess gown from Ali Younes Couture. She styled her hair into a wet, slicked back mop and muted nude lips to go along with the ivory gown.

Mallika Sherawat also garnered enough praise for her bold entry in a semi-sheer creation, spangled in feather patterns Tony Ward gown on the first day. On the second day, she wore a clad in a shell pink off-shoulder number featuring semi-sheer black patterns on it by Yolancris.
