Dattatreya condoles on the demise of Siddaganga Mutt Seer

Hyderabad, Jan 22: Former Union Minister and senior BJP leader Bandaru Dattatreya, MP extended his heartfelt condolences on the demise of Siddaganga seer.

In a message, Mr Dattatreya on Monday said Sri Shiva Kumara Swami Head Pontiff (Seer) of five centuries old Siddaganga Mutt in Tumakuru attained Sivaikyam on Monday.

Sri Shiva Kumara Swami ji is known as walking god who headed a society that runs more than 1,100 Educational Institutions in Karnataka is revered by people all over the country, religions and communities. He lived a full life that is unparalleled in history.

Belagavi, Jan 16: Six Poachers were arrested in two different cases at Gollahalli forest range in Kittur section in the district on Thursday.

The arrested were identified as Bharmesh alias Bharmappa Hanumant Bhajantri, Mallesh Hanumant Bhajantri residents of Budanakatti in Bailahongal Taluk.

Another alleged accused Yuvraj Basappa Bhajantri managed to escape.

Mangaluru, July 14: Melkar  Women's PU college has achieved excellent pass percentage in II PUC examinations, the results of which were announced today.

As many as 140 students of the college had appeared for second PU board exam 2020 this year. The college secured 95% results in the current academic year.

Among them 24 students passed with distinction and 94 with with first class marks.

Fathima Nisha (558 in Arts),

Zaithunnisa (561 in commerce) and Zainaba ifrath (545 in science) are the toppers of respective sections in the college.

Mangaluru, May. 21: The Bearys Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI Mangaluru) is held the Eid Kits distribution program on Wednesday, 27th day of Ramadan (20.05.2020) at BCCI office in Kankanady, Mangaluru. 

It distributed around 250 kits including some cash amount to the needy

BCCI president Mr S. M. Rasheed Haji, vice president Mr. Abdul Rauf Puthige, Administrative Secretary Mr. Nissar F. Mohammed, and Executive Members  Mr. Mumtaz Ali B.M., 
Mr. Mohammad Haris,
Mr. Mohammad Sharief, Mr.  Asif Soofikhan were present.
