Delhi Police announces reward of Rs 25,000 to trace man who masturbated next to girl in bus

New Delhi, Feb 17: The Delhi Police today announced a reward of Rs 25,000 for anyone who gives information of the man who allegedly masturbated sitting next to a girl inside a bus.

On Monday, a Delhi University student lodged an FIR at the Vasant Vihar police station against a man for masturbating while sitting next to her in a DTC bus.

The 20-year-old girl also uploaded a video of the molestation she was subjected to in a bus filled with people on February 7.

The middle-aged man can be seen masturbating while looking at the girl, who in the meanwhile was recording the whole incident.

She also alleged that he touched her and when she raised an alarm, no one came to her rescue.

Panipat, Mar 3: A 22-year-old man was charred to death after he came in contact with a live electricity wire while posing for a TikTok video near the Matlaudha railway station here, police said on Tuesday.

The incident took place on Monday evening when Vikas, a resident of Dharamgarh village, climbed a pole over which the wire was passing and posed for the video, police said.

His three friends were standing below when the accident took place.

Vikas came in contact with the wire carrying 25,000 volts current and was burnt, police said.

Police have sent the body for a post-mortem and started investigation into the matter.

Yavatmal, May 19: Four migrant workers were killed and 15 others were injured after a bus they were travelling in crashed into a truck in Yavatmal on Tuesday morning.

The bus was travelling from Solapur to Jharkhand. More details are currently awaited.

This comes amid nationwide COVID-19 lockdown has been extended to May 31, albeit with some relaxations.

The owner of the spa is absconding and the manager has been arrested.
