Mysuru, Aug 29: Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa today said that the State government expecting more funds for the floods relief and rehabilitation works in the affected 103 taluks which are declared as flood-affected.
Speaking to newsmen at helipad here on Thursday, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting the State on September 7 and will explain to him about the situation prevailing.
He said the State government has already announced Rs five lakh for construction of houses collapsed in the floods and Rs one lakh for the purpose repair works.
