I'm protective about Shahid: Alia Bhatt

Mumbai, Aug 29: Actress Alia Bhatt came to the rescue of her "Shaandaar" co-star Shahid Kapoor at an event when personal questions were directed to him, and said that she's "protective" about him.

Alia BhattShahid and Alia were present at an event, the Close-Up First Move Party, where they had a fun-filled interaction with mediapersons.

When Shahid was asked who made the first move for his wedding -- was it him or his wife Mira Rajput -- and other similar questions, Alia took charge and dismissed all questions one after another. This prompted scribes to ask them if they had decided to save each other from personal queries.

To that, Alia said: "There's no deal! I'm just protective about Shahid. And we're talking about 'Shaandaar' here. I get very irritated when people ask more personal questions when we're trying to be on the work front. Make it more about the work. It's only fair."

The "Highway" actress also called herself a "good friend" and "good girl" for protecting Shahid.

Even Shahid made it clear that he wanted the questions to be restricted to his work and "Shaandaar".

When Shahid was asked why he's so reserved about his personal life, Alia responded: "Because it's personal. That's why he's reserved."

"Shaandaar" is directed by Vikas Bahl under the banner of Phantom Films and Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

Washington, April 3: American actor Kristen discussed her experience being isolated with husband and their two kiddos.

According to Fox News, the 39-year-old actor discussed how she and Shepard are finding quarantine to be a little tough in a video chat to Entertainment Tonight.

Bell admitted: "We've gotten on each other's last nerve these last couple days. We're doing much better now because were laughing about it. But when we were not laughing about it for the first couple of days, that's the hard spot."

The 'Bad Mom' actor then shared her thoughts on why quarantining with loved ones can be so tough. She explained that she loves spending time with her husband and he loves spending time with her.

But what she thinks is different about this quarantine time is you have so much more time to think about the other persona and their actions and sort of replay what they said or attach a meaning to something that they did.
Bell added: "Nobody really needs time for that. That's useless."

The 'Frozen' actor also discussed having to make adjustments in regards to her kids, 7-year-old Lincoln, and 5-year-old Delta, and the schedule she tried to keep once the quarantine began.

She said that the biggest lesson she learnt, in the beginning, was that she wrote out the colour coded schedule, and noted about when will be their academic and academic time.

Kristen explained that by day five of schedule, she was making everybody miserable. About a week ago, she woke her kids up and encouraged her daughters to rip up the schedule, explaining that the kids "felt so good."

"I said the learning lesson here is that if you make a plan and it's not working, you pivot," said Bell.

New Delhi, May 20: Singer Justin Bieber on Wednesday thanked his Indian fans for showering love on his newly-launched song 'Stuck With U'.

The 26-year-old singer shared a video on Twitter, that featured many Indian music enthusiasts crooning and making their own individual creative videos with the song playing in the background.

In reaction to it, the 'Yummy' singer tweeted: "Thank You India"

Bieber and American singer Ariana Grande teamed up for the song earlier this month to help the people affected and who are in need during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

The official music video was dropped on May 8. The romantic track marks the first collaboration of the duo.

The music video has cameos by the singer's partners and features many special moments shared by the couple amid lockdown.

Mumbai, Aug 7: Bhojpuri actress Anupama Pathak has died allegedly by suicide in Dahisar East, her Mumbai residence on August 2.

The police have recovered a suicide note.

Initially, an accidental death case was registered which was later converted into FIR under section 306 (abetment of suicide) of IPC against a person and a company, the police said.

Further investigation by Mumbai's Kashimira Police is underway.
