Katipalla Muslim Youth Association celebrates silver jubilee in Jubail

Jubail, Mar 12: Katipalla Muslim Youth Association (KMYA) celebrated its silver jubilee anniversary at Royal Commission Beach Community Cente in Jubail on March 6.

Mangalore North MLA Moidin Bawa, Hameed M H, Fahad M Al Ghamdi, Jahaz Ayed Al Rashidi, Bajpe Zakaria, Ismail Ullal, K S Sheikh, Rahim B M, Ameer Abbas and Imthiyaz Raheem were the chief guests.

P A Rahman president of KMYA presided over the function.

Programme started with the recitation of verses of Qur’an by Ismail Katipalla. Zakeer Hussain Katipalla welcomed the gathering.

Zakariya Bajpe and M H Hameed Mulki spoke on the occasion about KMYA and its achievements.

KMYA is a charitable organization which was established in the year 1989 with the intention of to help poor families in and around Katipalla.

KMYA is continuously helping the poor people by supporting the educational, Health and other aspects of their life.

There were a lot of games, quiz competitions and other activities by boys, girls, men and women. The winners were awarded.

A Souvenir of the organization was released on the occasion.

Riyadh, Feb 24: Indian Islahi Center, Riyadh (IICR) kicked off the propagation campaign of "Learn the Quran" national conference, which is slated to be held on March 27, 2020 at Nofa Istiraha, Exit 18, Riyadh, Kingdom Saudi Arabia. It's IICR's 20th successful program.

Kerala Legislative Assembly's opposition leader & Congress leader, Ramesh Chennitthala inaugurated the campaign that was held at Voco Hotel in Riyadh, capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ramesh was on two days visit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The objective of the campaign is to instil the keenness & to keep creating the continuous awareness amongst the community on Quran. It also enables to recite the Quran with Tajweed (science of reading the Quran) & correct form.

Aboobakker Edthanatukkara (President of IICR), Abdul Qayyum Bustani, Kunhi Kumbala, Abdullah Vallanchira, Adv. Abdul Jaleel, Naushad Ali Kozhikode, Mujeeb Ali Thodigappulam, Muhammad Kutty Kadannamanna, Fasal Rahman City Flower, Mujeeb Irumbuzhi, Jaleel Alappuzha, Arafat & others were present on the occasion.
