Khoobsurat Sonam Kapoor And Fawad Khan Spread Love

Mumbai, Sep 7: Sonam Kapoor and Fawad Khan are presently busy convincing people to come watch their film Khoobsurat at the theatres on September 19. From the regular Comedy Nights With Kapil to Radio shows, they have done enough promotions already but there is one thing they did which was tad different than the rest. They turned hosts for Bindass’ love story series Yeh Hai Aashiqui.

For those who aren’t aware of the show, let us tell you that it is an episodic one with a love story shown in every episode. But they aren’t the regular boy meets girl mush stories but the ones that have to go through hardships and perils. You see, love doesn’t come easy and there is always a price to pay when you fall for someone. Yeh Hai Aashqui concentrated on that and given the odd nature of Khoobsurat’s plot where a prince falls for a clumsy girl from Delhi, Sonam and Fawad’s presence makes it more special.

They will be narrating an incident in the show which will be dramatised. The makers of the film are making all the right moves when it comes to Khoobsurat by associating with shows that can take the brand of romance ahead.

Madonna posts adorable pics with her six children, wishes self 'Happy Father's Day'

New Delhi, Jun 22: Musician Madonna, who is a mother of six, wished herself on the occasion of Father's Day on Sunday by posting adorable pictures with her kids.

Along with pictures, the 'Crazy For You' singer penned down a beautiful caption, wishing herself and every parent a 'Happy Father's Day' for nurturing and guiding their children in the best way possible.

"Happy Fathers Day to Me and to every parent out there doing their best to Nurture, Guide, Inspire, and Teach! #Lola #Rocco #David #Mercyjames #Estere #Stella," the 61-year-old singer wrote in the caption.

Madonna is the biological mother to two of her six children and has adopted the rest four.

She had adopted her first child Davida Banda back in 2006 and then she adopted a boy in 2009. The last addition to her family were the twins she adopted from Malawi.

Actor Rajinikanth defends Govt on CAA, says it won't affect Indian Muslims

Chennai, Feb 5: The popular cine actor Rajinikanth has defended the Union Government on the Citizenship Amendment Act, saying it will not affect the Indian Muslims.

In a brief interaction with reporters this morning in Chennai, the matinee idol said if the Muslims are affected by the CAA, he would be at the forefront in their defence. He asked how will the legislation affect the Indian Muslims when they chose to stay back in the country to make it their motherland. Mr Rajinikanth also supported the National Population Register saying it has been in force even in the past.

On the NRC, Mr Rajinikanth said the Government has already made it clear that its nationwide rollout has not been even discussed so far. Mr Rajinikanth is nourishing political ambitions and has made it clear that he would plunge into politics ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections in the state which is due in 2021.

Priyanka Chopra condemns alleged custodial deaths of father-son in Tuticorin

New Delhi, Jun 27: Priyanka Chopra Jonas on Friday condemned the alleged custodial deaths of a man and his son who were arrested for allegedly violating lockdown restrictions in Tuticorin district of Tamil Nadu on June 19.

The 37-year-old actor who is currently staying with her husband Nick Jonas in America took to Twitter to post her statement and asked for the guilty to be punished.

"Reeling from what I'm hearing. Absolutely stunned, sad, and angry. No human being deserves such brutality, whatever be their crime," said Jonas.

"The guilty must not be allowed to go unpunished. We need facts. I cannot even begin to imagine what the family must be going through," she added.

Priyanka went on to urge people to use their collective voice to seek justice for the deceased.

"Sending strength and prayers. We need to use our collective voices to seek #JusticeForJayarajandBennicks," her statement further read.

The father-son duo from Tuticorin was allegedly brutally punished by the police before succumbing to injuries.
