Lataji Praises Tiger Shroff’s Dancing, Compares Him To Hrithik

Mumbai, Nov 4: The young actor was in seventh heaven after reading the compliments lavished on her by the Bharat Ratna.

Says Tiger. “It really can’t any better than this. I feel blessed.”

tiger Lataji says she said what she felt like. “Tiger dances like lightening. His father who is a very good actor was never much of a dancer. But the son seems to have acquired amazing grace.I just felt so happy watching him.”

Asia’s best-known voice spoke up for Tiger to express her heartfelt appreciation. “I just expressed what I felt. I always do that on twitter. For me, any medium of expression whether its my singing or a tweet , is about self expression.I tweet from my heart. And the words are what come naturally to me.”

That Tiger Shroff is a fan of Hrithik Roshan is not hidden. The junior actor looks up to Hrithik and models everything from his physique to dancing on the superstar.

It was therefore a pleasure beyond measure for Tiger to treasure ,when he got to dance with his idol at the IIFA in Kuala Lampur .“Not only did I get my best debutant award for Hero-panti from my idol, he also danced with me to the tune of my song Whitle baja. It was a golden moment for me,” says Tiger who confesses he admires every aspect of Hrithik’s personality.

Tiger’s contemporary Arjun Kapoor who similarly idolizes Salman Khan got to shake a leg in Tevar to a song dedicated to his idol.

Actor Rajinikanth defends Govt on CAA, says it won't affect Indian Muslims

Chennai, Feb 5: The popular cine actor Rajinikanth has defended the Union Government on the Citizenship Amendment Act, saying it will not affect the Indian Muslims.

In a brief interaction with reporters this morning in Chennai, the matinee idol said if the Muslims are affected by the CAA, he would be at the forefront in their defence. He asked how will the legislation affect the Indian Muslims when they chose to stay back in the country to make it their motherland. Mr Rajinikanth also supported the National Population Register saying it has been in force even in the past.

On the NRC, Mr Rajinikanth said the Government has already made it clear that its nationwide rollout has not been even discussed so far. Mr Rajinikanth is nourishing political ambitions and has made it clear that he would plunge into politics ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections in the state which is due in 2021.

Don't use Sushant Singh Rajput's case to create friction between Maharashtra, Bihar: Uddhav Thackeray

Mumbai, Aug 1: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has said that Sushant Singh Rajput case should not be politicised or used to create friction between Maharashtra and Bihar.

Amid the ongoing criticism faced by the Mumbai Police following an investigation into Rajput's death case, the Chief Minister stressed that Mumbai Police is not "inefficient" while appealing those who have any evidence in regard to the case to step forward.

"Mumbai Police is not inefficient. If anyone has any evidence they can bring it to us and we will interrogate and punish the guilty. Please do not use this case (Sushant Singh Rajput death case) as an excuse to create friction between Maharashtra and Bihar," Thackeray said on Friday.

"Bringing politics in the case is the most deplorable thing to do," he added.

Maharashtra government has filed a caveat before the Supreme Court in the Rajput's death case.

Earlier, Bihar government and Rajput's family have filed caveats in the top court seeking to challenge actor Rhea Chakraborty's petition that sought transfer of the FIR registered in Patna to Mumbai in the actor's death case.

"After Bihar government and Rajput's family filed a caveat in the Supreme Court, Maharashtra government has filed a caveat before the SC today to ensure that no order is passed in Rhea Chakraborty's petition case without hearing its (Maharashtra) side," said Sachin Patil, standing counsel for Maharashtra Government.

A caveat is a legal process, in which the party which had filed it before the concerned court, shall have to be heard definitely before the concerned court passes any order in future.

Bihar Police has sought the assistance of Mumbai police to probe the Sushant Singh Rajput case, Mumbai police Crime Branch officials told ANI. However, the Police are still considering their request.

Bihar Police team reached after an FIR was filed by late actor's father KK Singh against Chakraborty in Bihar under several sections including abetment of suicide.

Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on June 14.

Police complaint against Kangana Ranaut over remark

Mumbai, Apr 24: A complaint has been filed with police against Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut for allegedly referring to members of a particular community as a terrorist in a video released in support of her sister Rangoli Chandel, an official said on Friday.

The complaint was filed by a lawyer, Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, at the suburban Amboli Police Station on Wednesday.

The Twitter account of Chandel, who is also the 33- year-old actor's manager, recently got suspended for alleged hate speech.

According to the complaint, while supporting her sister, Ranaut, in the video, allegedly referred to members of a particular community as "terrorist", the official said.

Ranaut had released the video some time back.

Following the release of the video, Deshmukh submitted an application to the Amboli police seeking registration of a case against the actor, the official said.
