My father was murdered: Paris Jackson

January 26, 2017

Los Angeles, Jan 26: Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris, says she believes her father was murdered. Opening up for the first time about her life with the 'King of Pop' in an interview to Rolling Stone, Paris said Jackson's death was a "setup". Dr Conrad Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death, which was ruled a homicide due to an overdose of propofol. Paris is convinced that Jackson was murdered.

parisjackson"Absolutely, because it's obvious. All arrows point to that. It sounds like a total conspiracy theory... But all real fans and everybody in the family knows it. It was a setup," Paris said. She says "a lot of people" wanted her father dead. Paris says she wants revenge, or at least justice. "Of course," she says, eyes glowing. "I definitely do, but it's a chess game. And I am trying to play the chess game the right way. And that's all I can say about that right now."

The 18-year-old says her father talked about it. "He would drop hints about people being out to get him. And at some point he was like, 'They're gonna kill me one day.'" In the interview, Paris also talks about her childhood at Neverland Ranch, her reaction to the allegations of molestation against her father, and the circumstances that led to his sudden passing at the age of 50.

"Nobody but my brothers and I experienced him reading A Light in the Attic to us at night before we went to bed. Nobody experienced him being a father to them. And if they did, the entire perception of him would be completely and forever changed.'

"My dad would cry to me at night. Picture your parent crying to you about the world hating him for something he didn't do. And for me, he was the only thing that mattered. To see my entire world in pain, I started to hate the world because of what they were doing to him. I'm like, 'How can people be so mean?," she said.
