Mangalore, August 14: During his maiden two-day visit to his home district after taking charge as the Chief Minister, D?V?Sadananda Gowda along with his wife Datty, visited eight temples in Dakshina Kannada to seek divine blessings.
On Sunday early morning, CM visited Kadri temple, Gokarnanatheshwara temple and Guruvana Sri Kshetra temple. He also visited Kateel Sri Durgaparameshwari temple in the afternoon.
On Saturday, the chief minister visited Dharmasthala Sri Manjunatheshwara temple, followed by Sri Rama temple in Kanyadi, located a few km away from Dharmasthala.
Later in the evening, he visited the Kukke Sri Subrahmanya temple and Sri Mahalingeshwara temple in Puttur.
